Lien Notices

Many folks come to me worried about their “Notice of Intent to Lien” from the IRS. Apart from the fact that a lien ties up your property and prevents you from selling it, a lien is PUBLIC, and this causes many to feel embarrassed, perhaps even shame. Many of their friends and family, maybe business partners or co-workers, have no idea that you’re having financial difficulties…or that you’ve been delinquent on your taxes.

I’m often able to resolve your tax issues before it gets to that point. Or, if a lien has already been filed, I am often able to have a lien removed when I successfully resolve your situation.
