The IRS has offered me an option to appeal

IRS sent me a letter telling me that all I can do is appeal to Tax Court within 90 days. I went to the website and read some stuff online and this looks expensive and complicated. I’m starting to feel overwhelmed with it all. I need help!

You’ve received a “90-day Letter”. This is a good situation because once you get a petition filed in Tax Court, your file gets transferred to IRS Appeals and a new agent is assigned your case. It’s a great opportunity to explain your situation and negotiate a satisfactory resolution—sometimes even including completely eliminating the tax altogether!

But time is of the essence here….
